Strawberry (Fragaria ananasa) is rich in iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese and copper. Strawberries are also a source of vitamins C, A, B1, B2, folic acid and flavonoids. In addition to that, strawberries contain a number of aromatic colours, organic acids and aromatic oils which give them flavour and fragrance.
